How do I make a video?

Pick one photo, choose the orientation (portrait or landscape), describe what you want in words, and tap Make.

How long does a video take?

It can take a few minutes. When it's ready, you'll find it on the Videos page.

The video didn't turn out the way I wanted

AI gives slightly different results each time. Try rewording your description a little and generating again.

How many credits does a video use?

It depends on the length (5s = 6, 10s = 12, 15s = 18 credits). Your remaining balance is shown at the top right.

What if I run out of credits?

You can buy more credits anytime from the Plans page — either a monthly plan or a one-time pack.

What kind of photo works best?

There's no single right answer — try different photos and have fun creating.

Signup or login won't go through

In-app browsers (such as LINE's built-in browser) and private/incognito mode can stop sign-in from completing, because the authentication data isn't carried over. Please reopen the page in a normal browser like Safari or Chrome and try again. If you opened it from a QR code, open shikibu.jugoya.ai directly in a normal browser.
