This Privacy Policy explains how JUGOYA.AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Ugokashi Shikibu (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan.

We collect the following information:

• Email address and profile information (display name) provided through external sign-in (OAuth / OpenID Connect), such as Google or LINE
• Prompts (instruction text) sent to the Service, the photos/images you upload, and the videos generated
• Usage data (number of video generations, feature usage) for service improvement
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers directly)

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate videos and process content with AI
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related notifications
• Monitor and prevent abuse of the Service
• Send important account communications by email, such as signup confirmation, payment receipts, and account recovery

We share information with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the Service:

• OpenRouter: AI model gateway for video generation. The prompts you enter and the photos you upload are sent for video generation. Depending on the selected model, OpenRouter routes your data to one of the following video model providers: Alibaba (Wan), ByteDance (Seedance), Google (Veo), Kuaishou (Kling), MiniMax (Hailuo), OpenAI (Sora), or xAI (Grok)
• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We are committed to the following data protection principles:

• Your data is NOT used for training large language models (LLMs) or any other AI/ML models, except for Video Content in the Video Generation Feature (see "Data Handling in the Video Generation Feature" below and our Terms of Service)
• Your data is NOT sold, rented, or shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Service
• Your data is NOT used for surveillance, profiling, or tracking of individuals beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request suspension of use of your personal information

To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@jugoya.ai. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the processing within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete the data associated with that account within 30 days. After deletion, only aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement purposes. However, Video Content in the Video Generation Feature is retained separately for research purposes as described in "Data Handling in the Video Generation Feature."

When you use the Video Generation Feature, the prompts you enter, the input images you upload, and the videos generated are used for research and development to improve generation quality and the Service, and to train AI models. For these research purposes, this content may be retained in our systems after you "Delete" it. With "Delete," the content is hidden from your library, but the data is retained for the purposes above. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please contact us at support@jugoya.ai in accordance with the "Your Rights" procedure in this Policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize the video-related content for that account. This handling is governed by the Video Generation Feature provisions of our Terms of Service.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services that track individual users across websites.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
