This Privacy Policy explains how jugoya.ai ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Shikibu (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan.

We collect the following information:

• Slack workspace information (workspace ID, workspace name) provided during OAuth installation
• Slack user information (user ID, display name) from interactions with Shikibu
• Message content sent to Shikibu for processing
• Usage data (message counts, feature usage) for service improvement
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers directly)
• Slack API access tokens required to operate the Service on behalf of your workspace

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process messages and generate AI responses
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related notifications
• Monitor and prevent abuse of the Service

We share information with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the Service:

• Slack: Workspace and messaging platform integration
• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic: AI model provider for generating responses (message content is sent for processing)
• OpenAI: AI model provider for generating responses (message content is sent for processing)
• Brave Search: Web search queries are sent to retrieve search results
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We are committed to the following data protection principles:

• Your data is NOT used for training large language models (LLMs) or any other AI/ML models
• Your data is NOT sold, rented, or shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Service
• Your data is NOT used for surveillance, profiling, or tracking of individuals beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request suspension of use of your personal information

To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@jugoya.ai. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the processing within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your Slack workspace has Shikibu installed. Message content processed by AI models is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for the immediate response. Upon uninstallation, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days. After deletion, only aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services that track individual users across websites.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
