1. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Settings page. No cancellation fees apply.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period expires. After the billing period ends, your workspace will be downgraded to the free plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Service unavailability for an extended period due to our fault
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Handling of Video Generation Credits
Video generation credits are handled as follows. Subscription plan (Lite and Basic) credits are granted each billing period and are neither rolled over to the next period nor refunded for any unused portion. Due to the nature of the product, one-time add-on ticket credits are, as a general rule, non-refundable and non-convertible once granted. No refund is provided for credits that have expired after the six (6)-month validity period from the date of purchase. However, this does not apply in the cases set out in the preceding section, such as a serious service outage attributable to us, billing errors, or duplicate charges.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@jugoya.ai with your workspace name and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
