Pricing: Prices are displayed on the service website. All prices include consumption tax.
Pricing (Video Generation Credits): The video generation feature is used by purchasing credits. Credits are consumed in proportion to video length (5s = 6 credits, 10s = 12 credits, 15s = 18 credits). The price and number of credits for each plan (the Lite and Basic subscriptions and the one-time add-on ticket) are displayed on the service website. Displayed prices are denominated in US dollars (USD).
Credit Validity and Consumption Order: Subscription plan (Lite and Basic) credits are granted each billing period, do not roll over, and reset (expire) at the end of the billing period. One-time add-on ticket credits expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Credits are consumed by drawing down subscription credits first, then add-on ticket credits in order of nearest expiry.
Additional Fees: Internet connection fees and communication charges required to use the service are borne by the customer.
Payment Methods: Credit card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
Payment Timing: Subscriptions are charged at sign-up and automatically renewed at each billing cycle (monthly or annually). One-time add-on tickets are charged at the time of purchase.
Service Delivery: Subscriptions are available immediately after activation. Purchased credits are granted immediately after payment is completed.
Cancellation and Refund: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Due to the nature of the product, one-time add-on tickets are, as a general rule, non-refundable and non-convertible once granted. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Operating Hours: The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support inquiries are handled during business hours (weekdays, Japan Standard Time).
System Requirements: An internet connection and a modern web browser are required. An account (e.g., a Google account) is required to use the service.
